I’ve spent the past 16+ years working inside digital health and regulated healthcare, helping organisations move from strategy to execution.
My background sits across commercial leadership, product strategy, and market access. I’ve worked with founders, leadership teams, and investors to launch new services, enter new markets, and build operating models that support sustainable growth.
Most of my work focuses on situations where things feel complex or unclear – where there’s ambition, but competing priorities, regulatory realities, or organisational friction make progress difficult.
I’m not a traditional consultant. I work closely with leadership teams, often acting as a fractional strategic partner, helping shape direction, challenge assumptions, and move complex work forward.
